Lettuce (lollo rosso green), red and yellow bell peppers, olives, jalapeno peppers, olive oil, beetroot sauerkraut, cucumber, cherry tomato, hog plum ( salted, homemade) raw pumpkin seeds.
I generally don't add salad dressings, if you like you may add it.
I prefer the crunchy and natural flavours of the veggies and don't add extra salt, as the pickled veggies are already soaked in salt brine.
Mix well and enjoy.
