Pumpkin bread with oat flour

A lovely tasty bread baked by my daughter, and here is the recipe for those of you want to try it.

Pumpkin bread with oat flour.

Ingredients 

425g pumpkin puree 
270g rolled oats (blended and powdered) 
2 egg 
70g sugar 
3 tablespoon coconut oil 
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 

Method 

Preheat oven 180°C for 15 minutes 

First combine pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, oil, spices and salt in a bowl until fully mixed.

Then add oat powder and baking powder and use a spatula to combine until mixed

Bake in oven for 45-60 minutes until fork/skewer/toothpick comes out clean.
